This two-day course applies to all persons involved in the administration of construction (or works) contracts. It is aimed at introducing, reinforcing or refreshing the skills required for good contract administration.

This one-day course introduces the topic of contract management for four types of construction-related contracts, viz. construction contracts, services or maintenance contracts, consultancy agreements and supply contracts.
