This two-day interactive workshop is designed to build on the skills imparted in CCI’s Contract Management for Superintendents Workshop and equip Superintendents, their Representatives and Main Contractors Representatives or subcontract Superintendents with the skills to administer construction and services contracts confidently, effectively and openly, for the benefit of both parties, and with minimal conflict.

This 2-day workshop applies to all persons involved with reviewing and preparing scope of work documents for works, services, maintenance or consultancy contracts. The workshop introduces, reinforces or refreshes the necessary contractual and drafting skills to properly review and prepare these documents in accordance with current and best practice emphasising clarity and certainty in preparation to improve readability and avoid disputes arising from ambiguity and discrepancy.
