This one-day course introduces the topic of contract management for four types of construction-related contracts, viz. construction contracts, services or maintenance contracts, consultancy agreements and supply contracts. It applies to both client and contractor representatives who administer these types of contracts.

This course applies to those persons involved in the management of the various phases of construction contracts. It is aimed at reinforcing and further advancing the knowledge-base required for good contract management practices (including the tender phase).

This two-day course is applicable to both Principals and their consultants who develop and assess tender documentation and who negotiate and award contracts. It is particularly applicable to public sector tenders where a higher level of probity is required.

This two-day course builds upon information imparted in CCNTL’s Administration of Construction Contracts – Modules 1 & 2 or Administration of Services Contracts courses. It supports the development of the skills and knowledge of persons involved in the administration of construction or services contracts and provides a practical insight, supported by applicable case law.
